Feel free to bring a lunch if you need to! The topic will be how this should look, defining roles, and ways to work together. After having covered a campus part-time to assist another full time ITS I can see how you need to have a solid plan to make it work and not step on toes. :)

SpEd ITS Expectations
Have 1 or 2 designated dates to be on the middle school campus. The campus should know when they can count on your presence.
Be responsible for Read 180 and other SpEd initiatives
Make sure that you have met the leadership team and that they know your role on the campus.
As we role out SpEd software and initiatives, we will share your expertise and knowledge with other middle school and elementary campuses.
For secondary and SpEd ITS - if you are overwhelmed and need help, please contact Robert Alford. If you have extra time on your hand, please let Robert Alford know that you are available.
